Your Guide to Earning, Reviews & Rewards!

1. Every time you rate a colleague, you earn 20 points. The more ratings you give, the faster you climb the leaderboard and increase your chance to win Cash Rewards.

2. From your account you can Ask your colleagues to give you ratings and reviews. When you receive a rating, you earn 10 points. The more ratings you receive, the higher your credibility and ranking on the leaderboard!

3. Completing your profile with as much details as you can also gives you points that push you up the leaderboard.

On a monthly basis the 3 people on top of the leaderboard win cash prizes. The more rating and reviews you keep on giving / collecting helps you climb the leaderboard. The leaderboard resets on a monthly basis so everyone has a fair chance of winning each month.

If the review you give or receive is to/from a colleague that you have worked with in a same company, either in past or present, it will be considered a verified review else it is considered an unverified review. The point system still workd in the same way for both verified and unverified reviews. Filling up your profile with accurate data and complete data of your professional journey helps in making a review verified and also helps you gain more points.

All people who win the Monthly reward will have to provide details related to their accounts as well as their KYC documents for verification and TDS deduction. Once all verificatio is done satisfactorily the winning amount will be transferred to their account

No the reviews are not anonymous. The review you receive you will be able to see who all has given you what rating and reviews. Similarly all reviews given by you will be visible to the person who received the review as well as whoever visits that persons profile.

The more people you review the more points you accumulate. Do not forget to ask people for reviews; at a time you can send request to 10 of your colleagues to review and rate you. This helps you get more points as well as build your creadinbility.

Always write commenst as writing comments against each rating gives you more points. below each comment box there are few AI generated comments that can be used a a starting point. Click on them to select them.
